Nurse had good people skills and excellent training therefore, puts patients at ease and does her job well. Improvements:
Your phone service was not fit for purpose, having needed on the last 3 occasions to drive to the surges to get an appointment 15 to 20 minutes waiting on the phone appointment always runs late my mom was 88 and if she didn't have me , well God help! Most staff in all areas were obviously needed.

M.S.K saw me today and advised me on total knee replacement. The advice given was of great help and showed me how to proceed with my further way to recovery. He advised my husband on what he could do to advance my physio treatment and altogether the appointment was extremely informative and boosted moral all round. With many thanks - excellent!

Have great difficulty getting through over the phone, always have 10 or more minutes on hord. I work in Shaftesbury (1 hour away) so choose to make special arrangement with work as opposed to having to ring multiple times a day.
